Puri Bali Hotel - great value.

The villa was well equipped for what we needed. We had a short stay in Lovina and the villa certainly served our needs.

We did have an issue with our hot water service but this was fixed immediately.

Really nice place to stay for a good price

The location is perfect, closed to the beach and many restaurants. The staff is really nice and helpful. The receptionist remembers the name of every guest so you can feel like at home, thanks for this. The room and bathroom are simple but clean. The swimming is perfect.

Unfortunately, improvement work occurs during our stay, it was really noisy and caused WiFi turned off. I can’t blame the staff for this and put a bad review because I understand it’s not like this all the time, but we would have liked to be informed before.

Nice place for the money and good location near the beach

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. There is a very nice pool area and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a number of nice restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance and it was maybe 100 m to the beach front.

No hairdryer was provided in the room. but one could be rented for 24 hours. The linen for the beds was not up to standard. I had a full size king bed in my room and yet all they could provide for the top sheet and blankets were single bed size. The bottom sheet was fitted and king size but I had to try and make up the bed using two top sheets and two blankets.

Beautiful oasis

Wow! What an amazing oasis. It was so beautiful at the resort that we didn't want to leave. Staff were friendly and helpful with an amazing free morning breakfast. The pool was extremely large with lounge chairs in sun and under trees. Close to many amenities.

Walking distance to the beach and nice pool.

The hotel is very well located, close to the beach. There are plenty of staff around and are reasonably helpful. The best thing about the hotel is that the pool is absolutely stunning.

The facilities have seen better days. The toilet flush didn't work in the first room I checked into but they were happy to move me to another room at my request. The hotel is quite dated and that is quite visible in the bathroom, the bed sheets, etc.

Great value for money

This is a beautiful place to stay in Lovina the gardens and pool were beautiful the rooms are a little old but comfortable everything you need water and toilet paper brought daily room cleaned if you wished for it to be done this hotel is not beach front but about 250 m walk the beach warang opposite is excellent and we also had lunch/dinner two doors up to the left also great food we went on the dolphin tour it’s not swimming as such you can get in the water and hold a trapeze pole with a scuba mast and the boat drives with them I’m 61 and had a go but failed couldn’t stop laughing it was so much fun loved Lovina

Short but sweet.

The staff were great and very helpful. The grounds and pool area are just lovely + the staff obviously work hard to keep them looking this way. Breakfast was very good and included in the price. The fruit was perfectly ripe and so fresh. The eggs were amazing. Best of all I ordered a cup of ginger tea which was delicious. I saw one of the kitchen ladies pick the ginger out of the garden to make my tea! Incredible. Very conveniently located with shops and restaurants everywhere.

Bear in mind you only get what you pay for. The room is basic. Bed not too bad. I found it very dark during the day + couldn't even read a book. My room didn't appear to have hot water.

Bad,horrible, please renovate or at least clean it

Very run down.The toilet reeks of urine and the shower head is very dirty.There is a lot of flying insects such as mosquitoes .The bed was very creaky and the place is generally very dirty .The food is so bland and very simple . And one of the staff (~40-50years old male) at breakfast hall on 4the July morning was very rude to us. The room and toilet smells very musty.

Awesome place- best budget hotel

We loved this property, we are a family of four and booked the family room- two storey- note that the double is down stairs and two singles up top- we swapped the kids around which was not an issue and they were downstairs as they’re too young to be by themselves. The pool was AMAZING! Has a three in one type of design with a kiddies pool, medium and deep. Such an awesome set up. The gardens were beautiful and the staff so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, you pick what you want- nasi’s, eggs, pancakes, etc, then drinks and fruits. Really lovely and easy. Perfect location- eateries all round.

Unworthy cheap price.

The location is convenient, close to the departure point for dolphin watching trips and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, making dining easy and accessible. Breakfast is enjoyable and worth with the price.

When we first stepped in, the floor was dusty, and there was a big stain on the bedsheet. The shower head looked slight dirt. One of the toilet lights didn’t work, and when we asked them to fix the light, they automatically changed the stained sheet, but it still had a smaller stain. The water from the toilet came out yellowish, which made us very uncomfortable. The bed and sheet was that very harsh and to top it off, I got bitten by bed bugs. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience. If I knew this was what came with the price, I definitely would booked somewhere else.

Great value for a lovely clean well situated resort.

This resort exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Next time I visit Lovina it will be a longer stay and it will definitely be at the Puri, Bali.

Sooo good!

Everything was just sooo good! I had the superior room at the ground floor, absolutely loved it. It was very clean, very large room with a super comfortabel huge bed, super hot shower, great airco, complimentary bottles of water and coffee and tea every day. Fridge and kettle, all very clean. Breakfast is nothing to complain about, all good. Location is very good, staff is so superfriendly and helpfull. The place is well kept and pool and garden look superior. Would go back any time! 10 out of 10. I used their taxi service once, and it was very good. Spot on time, good price, nice car and very good driver.

* The hotel is good from price point, * Location is also good - walkable distance to good restaurants. * The Pool quality was good. We found the pool in good condition. * Kettle was provided. Stand to dry clothes are provided in each room. * Ketut at reception was very helpful.

* Our room seemed to have some smell of humidity. * Hygiene could be little better. e.g. Kettle had a white, chalky layer of limescale. Bathroom could be more maintained. * AC struggled to cool the room.

Too long in this accommodation

The staff are not approachable, rude in fact! No towels in the room so had to ask, no pool towels an available. Broken pool tiles which was dangerous, friend cut himself on them whilst saving a baby who’s parents where not watching, she almost drowned. Similar happened the next day with anther family! Breakfast was rubbish. Garden was nice
