Great value for money

This is a beautiful place to stay in Lovina the gardens and pool were beautiful the rooms are a little old but comfortable everything you need water and toilet paper brought daily room cleaned if you wished for it to be done this hotel is not beach front but about 250 m walk the beach warang opposite is excellent and we also had lunch/dinner two doors up to the left also great food we went on the dolphin tour it’s not swimming as such you can get in the water and hold a trapeze pole with a scuba mast and the boat drives with them I’m 61 and had a go but failed couldn’t stop laughing it was so much fun loved Lovina

Short but sweet.

The staff were great and very helpful. The grounds and pool area are just lovely + the staff obviously work hard to keep them looking this way. Breakfast was very good and included in the price. The fruit was perfectly ripe and so fresh. The eggs were amazing. Best of all I ordered a cup of ginger tea which was delicious. I saw one of the kitchen ladies pick the ginger out of the garden to make my tea! Incredible. Very conveniently located with shops and restaurants everywhere.

Bear in mind you only get what you pay for. The room is basic. Bed not too bad. I found it very dark during the day + couldn't even read a book. My room didn't appear to have hot water.

Magnificent pools and gardens

The pool and gardens are magnificent. The room is very spacious and cleaned dayly. Shower old but with hot water.

The rooms are very old, blant, and teistless interior, almost sad.Bathroom dated, toilet verry old unfixale, but they still try to improvise and patch.

Great location only short walk to the beach. Close to warungs. Well maintained gardens. Good size well kept pool. Rooms were good size and clean. Good ac. Plenty of water pressure in shower. Friendly staff.

No bed cover on bed. Only a light sheet. No pool towels available. Had to use bath towel for pool. Very basic breakfast.

Bad,horrible, please renovate or at least clean it

Very run down.The toilet reeks of urine and the shower head is very dirty.There is a lot of flying insects such as mosquitoes .The bed was very creaky and the place is generally very dirty .The food is so bland and very simple . And one of the staff (~40-50years old male) at breakfast hall on 4the July morning was very rude to us. The room and toilet smells very musty.

Awesome place- best budget hotel

We loved this property, we are a family of four and booked the family room- two storey- note that the double is down stairs and two singles up top- we swapped the kids around which was not an issue and they were downstairs as they’re too young to be by themselves. The pool was AMAZING! Has a three in one type of design with a kiddies pool, medium and deep. Such an awesome set up. The gardens were beautiful and the staff so helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious, you pick what you want- nasi’s, eggs, pancakes, etc, then drinks and fruits. Really lovely and easy. Perfect location- eateries all round.

It’s an awesome budget hotel, we’ll be back!

Unworthy cheap price.

The location is convenient, close to the departure point for dolphin watching trips and surrounded by a variety of restaurants, making dining easy and accessible. Breakfast is enjoyable and worth with the price.

When we first stepped in, the floor was dusty, and there was a big stain on the bedsheet. The shower head looked slight dirt. One of the toilet lights didn’t work, and when we asked them to fix the light, they automatically changed the stained sheet, but it still had a smaller stain. The water from the toilet came out yellowish, which made us very uncomfortable. The bed and sheet was that very harsh and to top it off, I got bitten by bed bugs. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience. If I knew this was what came with the price, I definitely would booked somewhere else.

-amazing location: very close to lovina beach; for the dolphin watching the meeting point is 1 minute walking; Close to atm and exchange (5 minute walk) -garden and pool are breathtaking! full of bonzais, statues, flowers -very nice and helpful staff -the rooms inside are very simple/basic but clean

Great value for a lovely clean well situated resort.

This resort exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Next time I visit Lovina it will be a longer stay and it will definitely be at the Puri, Bali.

Sooo good!

Everything was just sooo good! I had the superior room at the ground floor, absolutely loved it. It was very clean, very large room with a super comfortabel huge bed, super hot shower, great airco, complimentary bottles of water and coffee and tea every day. Fridge and kettle, all very clean. Breakfast is nothing to complain about, all good. Location is very good, staff is so superfriendly and helpfull. The place is well kept and pool and garden look superior. Would go back any time! 10 out of 10. I used their taxi service once, and it was very good. Spot on time, good price, nice car and very good driver.

Reasonable place to stay for a short duration.

* The hotel is good from price point, * Location is also good - walkable distance to good restaurants. * The Pool quality was good. We found the pool in good condition. * Kettle was provided. Stand to dry clothes are provided in each room. * Ketut at reception was very helpful.

* Our room seemed to have some smell of humidity. * Hygiene could be little better. e.g. Kettle had a white, chalky layer of limescale. Bathroom could be more maintained. * AC struggled to cool the room.

Too long in this accommodation

The staff are not approachable, rude in fact! No towels in the room so had to ask, no pool towels an available. Broken pool tiles which was dangerous, friend cut himself on them whilst saving a baby who’s parents where not watching, she almost drowned. Similar happened the next day with anther family! Breakfast was rubbish. Garden was nice

For first time in Lovina location was perfect. Room had recently been renovated and meet my needs. Pool was never busy. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast came with my room and was enough to start my day. If hot water is a priority for you there was plenty of it. Plenty of places close by to eat and an easy walk up the beach to the supermarket

The basics are there but poorly run hotel.

Location was good, near the beach with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel is a good old old style Balinese place with good pool and gardens.

No towels or blankets in room, we asked for some and they were bought to our room. Blankets were ok but towels were very thin and not usable. Bathroom light was connected to main light in room so you couldn’t put light on to go to toilet at night as you would wake your partner. Mattresses were poor with broken springs. No fridge in room, went to reception and asked for a few beers and a bucket with ice to sit on balcony, they couldn’t do it. No staff around pool to order food or drinks.

It was in a great location for going to see the dolphins in the morning and it was reasonable, we booked through the accommodation. The breakfast was nice and the rooms are spacious.

Relaxing oasis with beautiful staff, pool and garden.

The staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly at all times. Always busy with cleaning and serving the guests. The garden and the pool are so beautiful, lots of shades and plants and flowers. 3 deepth pool. Out kids and us loved it. Stayed 7 days. Lots of restaurants and warungs around. Totally recommended. Breakfast not big but tasty. Pancake was yummy and the juices too. Very big menu from on site restaurant for lunch and dinner. Small portions though.

One of the best places we've stayed in SE Asia!

For a 2 star homestay it was exceptional quality and great value for money. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. The pool is great - plenty of space and really clean. And it SO quiet at night which is practically unheard of in Bali - no roosters or car noise. As long as your neighbours are respectful you will have a very restful stay. Staff were beyond lovely and we loved their individual coloured shirts each day. Overall, one of the best places we have stayed at in SE Asia. And we were here for 10 nights!

Superb

Our goal was to watch dolphins in Lovina, so, the location of hotel is excellent for such goal and also for stay with kids, as it’s just few min to the beach. Area itself is very nice! Green with beautiful flowers and very clean pool))) Staff is very friendly and helpful! Very good mix of price and what we’ve got))
