Good location. Decent sized room with tv. Staff were friendly. Big fridge in room. Good size cupboard.

Bathroom was unventilated, shower was unclean and the shower head was rubbish. Generally a bit shabby. Food was there but was not very good. Coffee was terrible.

Big room. Wifi in and out. Has Netflix. Staff friendly. Restaurant downstairs has good food. Sweet and sour chicken and fried bananas yum. Good location. Parking for car out front. About 400m walk direct to beach and another restaurant.

Shower wasnt great. I had bath shower and when water goes onto tiles surrounding bath , it pours onto floor. Used a few towels soaking up water. All good. Shower head needs decalcification or replacement. Toilet could have been cleaned but they don't seem to use toilet brushes and bleach in Bali. Otherwise good value.

The room was clean, cool and the bed was huge which was very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. We liked the welcome drinks and our host Putu with his family taking care of the Villas were very hospitable, friendly and accommodating.

the staff were useless. told us to wait for a moped for 30 so we did, we stood there once 30 was up as no one came to get us and we had to ask where is the moped as the staff just sat on there phone. he said oh it can’t come!!!!

- high quality mattress ; - room in a very good state (new or completely renovated) ; - smily and reactive staff ; - beautiful and quite big swimming pool.

- noisy water pump on the roof : average 48-50 dB in my room when someone uses water. It's not a terrible noise but noisy however for some people. Except that, it would be super quiet ; - impossible to activate/desactivate VMC from inside the room (switch in the stairs... ).

Quiet and Relaxing, short walk to beach

Grand Raka was presented fantastic after such a long period of no tourism. Will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, there was not enough tourists for them to open there restaurant. Although we hadn't stayed here before we had eaten there on previous trip to Lovina and food was excellent. Hope tourism improves so they will be open on next visit later this year.

Bon hôtel à Lovina

Proche de Lovina Beach. Personnel accueillant et facilitant. Attention si vous mangez les snacks dans la chambre il vous seront facturé. Le lit est très confortable et c’est propre. J’ai étendu ma réservation avec eux même si il n’y avait plus de place sur Booking. J’ai aussi pu utiliser le service de Laundry pour 80k.

La douche n’était pas top, j’ai dû changer de chambre parce que ça ne fonctionnait pas… et la seconde n’était pas top top non plus. Problème eau chaude/eau froide. Mais ça le fait pour quelques nuits !

Mooie ligging, handig bij het strand en fijne winkeltjes en spa’s op loopafstand. De eigenaar en alle personeelsleden zijn erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. Zwembad is chill en schoon.

De douche is wat onpraktisch.

Zimmer inkl. Bad sind gross und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wertige Möbel, gute Aircon. Sehr gute Lage: die "Restaurant-Meile", der lokale Markt, Indomaret und der Strand sind zu Fuss problemlos erreichbar. Trotzdem ruhig, da genügend weit weg von der lärmigen Hauptstraße und zudem an einer Sackgasse gelegen. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Restaurant mit sehr fairen Preisen. Schöner Pool mit Liegen inkl. Schatten. Zimmer im 1. Stock sind heller und bieten mehr Aussicht. Delfintour kann im Hotel zum gleichen Preis (IDR 100'000.- pro Person) wie sonst im Ort oder am Beach gebucht werden.
