Nothing it was absolutely disgusting

We arrived on 7th September at the hotel. We were asked to pay upfront for our apartment with a view of the pool. If we had been shown the rooms first we would not have paid upfront. The building and rooms were in unsafe and disgusting/dilapidated condition. We paid for an apartment but we were given 2 separate rooms in a very rundown condition and the bathrooms were in worse condition. We asked for our money to be refunded because we were not staying in these conditions and were told NO REFUND Advertisement stated apartments with satellite television, fridge mini bar and bath amenities..This was false advertising. The manager also advised us that the photos used on bookings.com were 20 years old the premises looked abandoned and disrepair. We left and found alternative accommodation and booking.com have not tried to help us recover our money.

why offer a kettle and cups with no spoons or coffee/tea had no tv but had tv socket so at one time it had one..the room was so empty it echoed everytime we spoke looked tired and smelt musky the paint is blistering

A nice villa but need to fix some parts to stay competitive to other new hotels.

Large room and balcony, nature vibe surrounding the hotel, very near to the beach, lots of bars surround it, quiet place to stay.

They need to fix the shower, provide the toiletries completely, clean the floor appropriately, provide room service for F&B so the customer can get the food easily, colder aircon.

Lovina stay

Great location close to restaurants and main area of Lovina

After covid we were insure what accomodation might be like in Lovina our room was ok very basic. Only sheets on bed so needed to ask for a blanket as it was quite cold at night. No service of rooms for the 3 nights we were there and had to ask for fresh towels. Pool was big and seemed clean however no pool towels. Restaurant was not open for breakfast.

First Choice of a Budget hotel when staying in Lovina

Location is great. Staff are really helpful. Room was new, clean with AC and hot water. Have stayed many times here and will stay again.

Entry and Car park is a bit rough but does not detract from the hotel.

Central budget hotel.

Rooms were new and very clean. Location was central to restaurants and the beach. Good sized clean pool and staff who care about guests. Have stayed before and will stay again.

There was no furniture on the patio of the room. The grounds need more care, but the staff are trying their best to bring the hotel back after the pandemic.

The hotel is situated on the beach and it’s very easy to get food and groceries. The room was quiet dirty especially under the bed. The AC was great, worked well. Considering the price point, you could get something better but this one is worth to try.

There were cockroaches in the room place was unbelievable dirty staff was completely unfriendly and online said they had a restaurant which it looked like they did at one point but no longer running and it said free WiFi but when we got there they said it only worked in the closed down restraunt didnt reach the rooms. So unsatisfied the only good thing was real close to the beach but lovina as a whole wasn't great either. If your looking for a nice beach beautiful quiet town Amed is so much better and cheaper than lovina it was disappointing as a whole the hotel definitely was the worst part.

Lantai kamar mandi licin dan air di shower kecil serta kurang panas. Harga tidak sesuai dgn fasilitas dan pelayanan yg diberikan. Hotel ini perlu direnovasi total agar lebih layak inap.
