The atmosphere, there was a very cozy Homey atmosphere. Fátima kept the place immaculately clean and all of the volunteers were lovely.
Besides no air conditioning, there were no fans in the room or available. The temperature was in the 90’s, the room had one small window and it was impossible to sleep at night cos there wasn’t even a fan. The price of a fan is 10-20 Euro. I think it is a very small investment that would make a huge difference .

The lodge is well located and is really nice, with sofas in a big living room, tables and barbecue outside, very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, breakfast included and possibility to join surf classes, yoga classes on spot.
However, the room smelt of mould, even after opening the windows for a few hours, and when removing the pillow case on the day of departure, I found out that the pillow was completely mouldy, which was rather disgusting. It's a pity because all the rest of the stay was really nice and it would have been a great stay without this problem of mould.
