Location was excellent, check in was well organized. The room and common ateas were clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay in Sintra!! Our hosts were very helpful and available.

The location was very close to the train station and a 10 minute walk from the shop, as well as 15 minutes to the old town of Sintra.
Loved the communal dining room and outside patio.
For being a shared bathroom, it was kept clean and the shower was good.
The beds were very comfortable and the rooms we stocked well.
Lots of public transport available in the area.
The communal kitchen felt quite dirty (don't know if that was because of other guests or not). If you don't mind washing up dishes before you intend to use them, then it's fine. There is no designated fridge space for each room, so it felt like a gamble as to whether someone would take your food.
The surfaces/floor of the bedroom were sticky and a bit dirty/dusty.

Good value on an ensuite in Sintra ! I loved the view from the balcony in my room. The Inn is a guesthouse with many different rooms and shared bathrooms. It is a recently renovated building with many modern amenities and good insulation-- I didnt notice noise from other guests, which was great.
The plumbing/shower could be better.
