The stairs for the bed upstairs. It is quite steep and dangerous. Although we have seen this ahead of time but I didnt realised how unsafe it is for my 3 yr old son.

I don't know how often they clean the room but during our stay they cleaned it every other day. There's a separator in the toilet which is useless because the water keeps on going outside that's why the floor is wet every time someone uses the shower. No appliances inside. No heater which I think is good for hygienic purposes. No fridge which is sad.

Rude stuff!

The stuff! They were so impolite,especially it was woman with blonde hair in reception she was so rude.Last day of our stayed i asked her if we can check out one hour later abd i will pay for that or if we can put our Luggage in lobby ,she just keep saying no although it was possible and she talked so rudely!!!! I think this hotel really should work on the stuff to teach them how to treat with their customers after this behaviour i never take room from B&B👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

For the price I paid, it was very underwhelming.

The front desk receptionist was very helpful. My hotel room reeked of cigarettes and she immediately was able to switch my room. She was also very patient, and kind.

Well, the room did not have toilet paper. The sink had a stain on it when I walked in. The breakfast had limited options- eggs soggy bacon, and a lot of bread and jam. I am not quite sure what the breakfast is like in France so I don't want to downvote it too much but I still had to look for brunch afterwards.I truly only enjoyed the fresh apple juice

Good and safe stay

The area where the hotel is located it is safe, although there are a mix of nationalities. close to the train station, 20 min walk. The room it is a bit small, but enough for a few nights and there is a cleaning service every day. The breakfast is also good, but not a lot to choose from and it's the same every day.

I did not include the breakfast option so I cannot comment . The person at the reception was very welcoming and was clear with the instructions about my room and answered all my questions . The bed sheets were clean and the room smelt good. It was calm.

It would be great to have at least a soap bar because cleanliness is important to stay in good health. Also the sockets beside the table were not working to charge my phone it was tricky. A glass and water would be great to have in the room. The WiFi was cutting the whole time and unfortunately it disrupted a lot of my work. Cleaning lady was surprised I was in the room although it was 2 pm nearly , she changed the bedsheets etc. replaced the two towels and the floor mat with one towel and new floor mat. She wiped the floor when I asked her if she was going to do it as she was leaving and saying good bye, then she did it after I mentioned it. She did not clean the toilet properly. Again I cannot stress enough on correct cleaning.

The staff were nice, the room was clean. The bed was comfy. Quiet location However, you can hear the noise from the rooms next to you, but for me it was not so annoying. It was fine.

Very Basic for the price, no little extras you would expect on arrival to your room, no view due

Staff very nice

Room very basic, only 1 chair for 3 of us One squeezy shampoo/shower gel located in shower, so to wash hands had to walk into the shower to press for liquid and then return to lavabo. Parking included in the price paid, however was told the entrance to the parking was damaged therefore either we parked in the road which were told by reception thats not recommended or park in a secure parking 200 metres away. BUT we had to pay ourselves for the parking!!!!!!! And carry our luggage to the hotel 1 window in the room but had metal grill in front so couldnt see anything.
