A very comfortable place to have a long stay in Bali.

I love the Premier room. It is in the ground level. The space is enough for one person. The room is not smelly. It feels so comfortable during my stays here.

The refrigerator needs to be replaced or serviced for maintenance. Because sometimes that thing has loud noise which I don’t know why. Probably it’s time to replace it.

Amazing stay but only for short trip!!!

I like the room very much, I took signature suite room with living room and kitchen. The room is very clean and the important one, the internet run soo good then easy for me during working. All the staff very helpful and charming. Definitely recommend this place and

Great Value for Work from Bali

Bali True Living is a great choice for both vacation and remote work. I stayed here recently and was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the place is. The room is spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished—it even has a sofa and a Smart TV, which allowed me to relax and watch Netflix after a long day. The location is another big plus. It's right in the heart of the city, so getting around is easy. It's also very close to Trans Studio Mall, which was super convenient for shopping and picking up daily essentials. For those who are working remotely like I was, the fast and stable WiFi is a huge advantage. I had several Zoom meetings during my stay and never had any connectivity issues. It really helped me stay productive. There’s also on-site parking available for both cars and motorbikes, which is a nice bonus if you're renting a vehicle. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-located apartment that offers great value for money—whether you're in Bali for leisure or work.

There’s a laundry machine on the ground floor, but it was out of order during my stay, so I had to use an external laundry service. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon.

Bali True Living Experience

Bali True Living Apartment I recently stayed at the Executive Suite at Bali True Living Apartment and had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming especially bayu and ayu, always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel right at home. The overall decoration of the apartment complex was tasteful and well-maintained, adding to the serene vibe of the place. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Bali with great service and a clean, well-designed room, I highly recommend Bali True Living Apartment!

Great place to stay while in Denpasar. Close to mall walking distance and food street at nakula street. Good staff. Nice bed. Very comfy and spacious room compared 3 star hotels.

I do not recommend laundry service. It would be better to take things to a professional place. The room was right on the road, so the noise from the karaoke bar sometimes made it difficult to fall asleep.

It was an okay place to stay. Maybe more short term.

The bed was very comfortable, the outside of the apartments look very nice it has plants and it looks nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. We staying in the bigger room so it was spacious.

We couldn’t stay long as there was a problem with the room. But the room doesn’t match the pictures. The place is a little old and dirty. The room was a bit dark and we were facing the main road so it was very loud. We could hear most things that were happening.

10 mins from the Ngurah Airport. Helpful staffs. We checked in quite late but the staffs welcomed us with their smiles (although they looked sleepy at that time 😁) the accomodation also has self-service washer and dryer. They helped us with it too!

1) photos are not true; 2) the only window overlooks the common corridor; 3) dirty (stains on the couch, stains on the bedding, fungus in the shower); 4) from the air conditioner dripping on your head when you sleep on the bed.

balcony (only in master not signature) and laundry.

"signature room" is much better than "master", but only the 1 far from the road, 2 out of 3 on each floor are next to the road. half of Denpasar has motorbikes without mufflers. Master room has incredibly thin walls. Room too bright in daytime (skylight that can't be closed) and too dark at night (no light over main area of room). generally bad construction, my walls leak when it rains. signature is the old, better built but dirty building, master and premiere are the new building which is poorly built. would not stay here again.

Very big room. Quiet area, with some supermarkets near. Lots of TV channels. Nice staff. Good quality / price. They had soap and toilet paper included. Kitchen included.

Improve your cleaning service and your hospitality to the guest especially for the payment.

Location is good, the room is very huge, the kitchen and toilet facilities are quite enough. Bedroom and living room are separated and they have sofa and desk. Safe place, they have 24 hours security system. Nearby the property you can find two minimarkets for little groceries so you can do cooking in your room (but the don't have rice cooker 😁).

1. Their EDC machine didnt work and I had to wait till the next day. I have told the receptionist that I will pay once the machine works but not in the middle of the night or in the early morning (I've ever read another guest wrote about his bad experience here). So they came in the morning at 10am in front of my room to bring their EDC machine (that's fine but my question : why don't just wait for me at their desk downstairs?). Well, The staff I met in the night was just nice but another staff (first time I saw him in the morning) who followed him was irritating. Once I opened the door, the staff from previous shift told me that we can try their EDC, that was just nice but the new guy immediately gave notice with one word "payment", that really annoyed me, seems like they are too afraid of unpaid. It brought uncomfortable feeling and of course I can say that they don't trust their guest at all. 2. Too much dust in some hidden parts in the room, for example : the edge/corner and under/behind the table and sofa. 3. Non smoking room but you can smell cigarettes all the time. They allow other guests smoking at the corridor right in front of your door. 4. Noisy from the road. If you can't stand with vehicles's sound, don't stay here. 5. No lift/ elevator.
