Location

Breakfast did not look fresh or enjoyable. No swim up bar which is stated under facilities. Pool was green. Floor boards in room moved and had visible nails that could be stepped on.

Staff were lovely! Great Italian restaurant over the road.

Location is a long distance to the beach and any of the buzz. Room was very much in need of an update and repair. Pool bar wasn’t in use at all. Our pool closed at 6pm every night so that was a huge disappointment. It’s more of a residence than a hotel. Only one or two sun lounge chairs. Not like the website photos.

Good

It's a good choice for those who travel with family/friends as they have up to 3 bedrooms unit. However, it's an old property but it's pretty clean.

They don't allow us to dry our clothes outside the unit (the have terrace/balcony outside). Many guests will want to dry their wet clothes from the beach/pool.

We arrived on Thursday 6th July 2023 for 6 nights. We stayed 1 night and then changed hotels. The hotel is dirty, with none of what they say on Bookings website. There was no restaurant open, only for breakfast. No bar no room service. 2 sunbeds for the 3 pools and they are broken, one pool is half full only 80cm deep. Rooms dirty and you have to request to get room cleaned and clean towels. We both got bitten by bedbugs one the first night. We told staff we were leaving to go to a cleaner hotel and what the problem was and they did not care, only offered us a different room. I said what about the pool, restaurant and no bar, they just did not answer me. I will rate this hotel at best 1 star and I will write a review on it.

It was a good experience that could of easily been an amazing experience if it weren’t for the small details missing.

location was good and the room was quite spacious.

however with the rate it would of been nice to have breakfast included or a buffet breakfast that you could pay a little more for. Also the WiFi connection in the hotel is not good, there were nights where it didn’t work on my room.

Nice that they have 3 pools

Breakfast wasn’t great. Breakfast is a la carte when you book that inclusive. You need to give up a time and even if you arrived on time it was already cold. The amount was so little that even I as a small breakfast eater was still hungry. Only 2 choices.. A lot of rules with high fines (no smoking or hanging your washes on the balcony). it wasn’t clean at all. I think some of the places in your room haven’t been cleaned since it opened years ago. Like the bathroom door and shelves were terrible. Had to fix the shower to get some water out. There are only 2 small bottles of water available in your room. For a big bottle you needed to pay 10K IDR..

Noisy and not worth its rate

Location

Ongoing construction on first floor from early morning till late afternoon..too annoying that I couldn't sleep in the afternoon. Hotel should've mentioned that on booking.com to make guests aware of it and book somewhere else. Two main elevators were under maintenance since i checked in until last day. Poor management and maintenance.

There were 3 big we’ll maintained pools in the property ; close to restaurants including Starbucks and Maccas , some lovely warungs outside.

The toilet could use an upgrade; the rooms were hard to find ; felt like I was in a maze.
