Good value in a stategic location!

Good value for the money spent. Checked all the boxes of what should be there. Shower is good. Room is clean. Water kettle and coffee & tea present. Decent pool (no kiddie pool tho). Staff is friendly.

All is good. We had some noisy neighbors who kept on running and shouting in the halls visiting each other's room till 00.00 but that is not on the hotel of course.

Dirty sheets and weird smell in the bathroom. A/C leaked all morning, so bad to get it fixed which took several hours. Tried charging us $75 AUD for our laundry. Which was about 2kg of clothes which is usually $6-8 AUD in any other laundry shop. Had to settle for $20 as the staff explained the washing wrong and communicating was awful between both parties. Really ruined our stay…

The rooms are good and the facilities are decent. Good value for the price.

Breakfast was disappointing, the room is quite small. The water in the shower felt very soapy. After showering it felt like my body was still full of soap because my skin is still slippery. I don't know what they do with their water but it was not normal Parking space is too small for such a big hotel, very easily full.

The wifi in the room was super unstable, more often than not we had to go to a nearby Starbucks The room smelled like a sewer and it smelled like that for days The breakfast was basically rice and rice. All the remaining options were always sold out The AC in the room was not strong enough and it dripped water in the entrance

A great stay on a budget

Everything was great, the room was minimalist but it catered to the basic needs. The ambiance and the Hollywood theme was fun for pictures. And the staff were so friendly. The location is very strategic, right off the main road and walking distances to all kinds of food I.e. McD, Korean, American, Starbucks, local padang etc. There is also underground parking if need be but getting taxi/grab was so easy. Even gojek riders were avaliable.

Not really a dislike, just note the breakfast caters to the local pallette so don't expect continental breakfast.
