Unpleasant stay and I left after the first night despite booking a 2 night stay.

The room was clean and bed was reasonably comfortable.

The toilet was a nightmare. Very dirty and old toilet with broken fixtures such as shower head. The tap, wall tiles, counter top and toilet seat all had stains and felt tacky. Floor tiles and corners had stains making it disgusting to look at. Every usage in the toilet was a fear factor moment.

Perfect 😊

We loved the stay, it was a very nice and friendly atmosphere where all the staff were super welcoming and accomodating. We were a family of 8 and we had 2 rooms that were nice and clean and comfortable.

The only thing I can comment on is we would have liked the breakfast buffet to have more variety of western food other than that, it was great

Wonderful hotel with all the facilities you need. The bed was so comfy, you don't have to think twice to book this hotel. It is one of the best

Quiet and Friendly place to stay

The rooms had enough space for the kids to not be on top of each other all the time. Pool was pretty good.

Kids Corner, not very good at all. Not much for the kids to do outside the pool, so meant that had to take them out each day. The Buffet breakfast not western friendly which isn’t great for kids that won’t eat local food, so meant we had to order in breakfast every day (even though I paid for the buffet)

Excellent hotel.

I like everything about Harris hotel which has many facilities such as swimming pool, gym, unbelievable buffet for breakfast, restaurant from morning to 10:00 p.m , beautiful lobby, , amazing space yard, comfortable bed, cleaning room everyday with including water, tea, and coffee in the room. By the way, Harris hotel has kind and wonderful staff and I said hey and thanks to them due to their services and great dealing. Definitely, if I come back to Bali I will go to Harris hotel in Sunset Road.

Strategic location

Telephone make sound by itself like every few hours forced me to get off bed, leaking at main bed bathroom, water shower broken gotta call the housekeeper to fixed it. Air conditioner is leaking at 2nd bedroom.

The location was convenient as its close enough to Ngurah Rai airport.

The 2 bedroom apartment is surprisingly small. There's some construction work ongoing at the hotel. When we turned up, a tree uprooted and fell across the pool due to the ongoing storm.

Very nice long swimming pool. Good breakfast with variety. Not at the main road, but still close to the center. Staff is very friendly and supportive.

Bed was nice and comfy, always on-time in restocking the pantry area, receptionist very friendly and accommodating. Good wifi. Clothes rack at the balcony was great.

Shower not functioning, blinds were broken, 2 airconditioning units stuck to normal temp, CR exhaust was very poor, mugs were stained.

The location is good, the place is very quit, good for relaxation, The breakfast is excellent. The price is affordable. Almost all facilities are in the room, like stand, microwave, fridge, coffee and tea. Its clean.
