Apartments and rooms by the sea Vrsi - Mulo, Zadar - 5848

Very close to th beaches and the sea, nearby there are lots of restuarants. Hosts were very nice. Private parking places. Clean room with balcony with nice view. It was good to see that there was a fridge belonging to the roon.

Apartment can be little bit noisy

Great location, friendly host, a good option on the budget. Grocery stores are very close and also a farely good restaurant is about 20 meters away from the place which wasnt too pricy, so it is a good option to eat somewhere. Although the apartment is small, we were surprised that actually it was enough for 2 of us. We allways had free parking front of the building, while even the closest parking area would have not been free. We could even use a fridge which was a huge help! If you place yourself the right way you can even se a bit of the Sea from the bed. Compared to the price of this place, it offers quite a lot!

Only 2 major issues we had: The shower is extremely tight, and the water pressure is quite low, so it was not the best experience to take a shower. The host told us we need to wait for hot water sometimes, but we had no issues with that, but we missed the pressure of the waterflow for sure. The other point is the noise. We woke up every morning to the noise of a small child running up and down above us with her tiny legs. So the walls are not the thickest ones... Plus one night there was a concert about like 50 meters away in the parking lot, we checked it, but it wasnt anything special so we wanted to have rest instead, but it lasted until almost 2 am, so it was impossible to sleep, although it has nothing to do with the owner, or the place, and I guess, presumably you would never have the same experience, but it wasnt the best sleep for us. But all in all, especially compared to the price, I would recommend this place! A good option, on the budget near Zadar. :) Just a note to the owner: A water boiler and a hair dryer could be a cheap and useful accessory. ;) We brought our own, cause we saw in the description there isnt one, but these are usually available.

La posizione e il terrazzino con vista mare.

Purtroppo uno dei cuscini era pieno di capelli, il che significa che lenzuola e cuscini non erano stati cambiati, la base della pulizia. E anche il bagno va igienizzato tra un soggiorno e l’altro, cosa non fatta dato che ho trovato il ripiano davanti allo specchio pieno di macchie (forse di sapone), che ho pulito io per poterci appoggiare le nostre cose.
