Great facilities for children. Throughout the entire day there are various workshops and activities organized. We were there during the Halloween evening and the kids had an amazing time.
Although the hotel is family-oriented and puts special emphasis on children, for a 5-star hotel I would still expect a slightly higher standard, especially at breakfast and dinner. The selection of dishes was quite large, but the quality was very average. What bothered me the most — and something a 5-star hotel should not allow — was that many of the most delicious dishes ran out quickly and were not replenished. For example, at breakfast, which runs until 10:30, some items were no longer available after 9:00. Even after asking for empty pancake sauces to be refilled, it never happened.
We constantly had the feeling that the hotel simply couldn’t handle the volume of guests. On Halloween evening we were sitting with friends right next to the bar and saw waiters arguing to the point that the manager had to intervene and replace several of them. Again, something a 5-star hotel should not allow.

The room was clean and quiet. The adult exercise room was excellent
I did not realise that this hotel was based around children's activities. My wife and I were touring Croatia by car and booked a room based on excellent reviews and proximity to the Airport, which we were driving to the next day. I believe it was our fault in choosing he wrong hotel, which is excellent if you have children, but if you dont, it is both expensive and problematic
