De ligging direct aan het water en de hygiëne. Supermarkt om de hoek.
Vriendelijke host.
Ondanks laagseizoen is in Zadar alles geopend.
Door de goede reviews waren onze verwachten (te) hoog. Het eten was prima maar op de foto’s lijken de gerechten meer culinair, zeker het ontbijt.
De locatie was verder van Zadar dan we dachten (oude centrum 30 min.).
Vanaf 1 okt. zijn in de directe omgeving van de B&B bijna alle restaurants en barretjes dicht.
De toegang naar de B&B was langs bouwwerkzaamheden. Er wordt überhaupt veel gebouwd in de omgeving.
Een (huur) auto is een must.

+ Closeness to the shallow beach. Actually it was too shallow for us, we commuted to Wild Rock which we recommend.
- Sea view is not a sea view but a possibility to see the sea somewhere among the buildings when you stand. Pictures are misleading. I've attached pictures what you see when you sit i the best spot on the balcony.
- There is no private beach as they are known across Croatia. To get to the beach you need to pass local road. So in the end everyone can access the beach - and many people do that. It's far from secluded private beach.
- Overpriced and overrated when compared to 7 other apartments we rented in Croatia in various locations.
- Fridge every 6-10minutes makes a long sound similar to tank filling with water after you flush the toilet.
- Absolutely disasterous Wi-Fi of which owner is aware of. If you need to do some work - forget.
- First time since 50+ accomodations my driving license as a way to identify myself was rejected, and I've been told that if I won't give my personal id I won't be allowed to stay. If you are concerned seriously about your data security, take that into consideration.
- No even a kettle.
- No place to dry your clothes.
- Very small bathroom.
