Nice and comfortable apartment close to the historical center. Approximately 25 minutes walking from the center. Quiet area and you feel safe at all the times.
Just the outside of the apartments was smelling bad..

Easy collection of the key via the lock box. The apartment is nice and well equipped. Good location, close to Marjan park and a short, pleasant walk from the old historic town and promenade. Parking is relatively easy in the neighborhood.

All the essentials were included but an Iron and an ironing board would be much helpful too.

The property was clean, location was ok for what we were after, however, it is not as close to the Riva as one might want, still this is a 10 mins walk so in reality for the price you pay it is worth it. Regarding the host, they were very communicative and easy to talk to.
Nothing in particular, this met my expectations for the price we paid.
