Excellent location. Lovely views from the spacious bedroom. Large and comfortable lounge for guests use. Easy parking. Our hosts went to great efforts to make our stay comfortable. Nice suppers at the nearby Oyster Inn. Well stocked kitchen to make ones own breakfast (excellent) though you could ask for breakfast too.
Aviation fans note that Connel airfield is visible straight across the bay which added some fun.

Very nice property with very comfortable rooms in a wonderful location. Steve was very friendly and helpful.
I will start by saying this is not the property’s or proprietor’s fault. When we booked it, we thought breakfast was included, but when we arrived, we were informed that it was not included because we booked through booking.com and not directly with the B&B. Breakfast was still offered to us for £15 per person. This was very disappointing, but when I went back and looked at the booking through booking.com I saw that they had not included the breakfast, even though the Ards House website said that all rooms included breakfast.
