The Oyster Inn is situated in a lovely location. We spent four nights and had a room with a balcony so we had exceptional views. The facilities were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and most helpful. Breakfasts each day were superb. This was our second stay there in the same room. Would definitely stay again and wouid highly recommend the Oyster Inn.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t like having to leave. Hope we can visit again.

Breakfast and staff were excellent, it was disappointing having driven for 12 hours to be offered such a room and then have what little sleep was possible disturbed by a noisy pumping system.
The first issue lays with booking.com not the venue. We should have been made aware that the room we were to be given was a disabled room which resulted in a shower and facilities that were not fit for purpose for two adult men. We physically couldn't wash under the shower and the sink was too small to wash in.
In addition the room is located next to the sewer man hole and the pump kicks in at regular intervals during the night which disturbed our sleep. We found the price of the evening meal to be expensive for x2 fish and chips and x2 drinks nearly £50.
