Great place in Zeeland to stay for a weekend!

Amazing selection at breakfast, and the host accommodated my gluten free, dairy free allergy. Super comfy bed, great shower, lovely view of the bell tower from our room. Great location within walking distance of great restaurants, museum, wharf, markets, etc. Guest umbrellas! Lady of the house is a lovely warm person. Stately and creative decor. Very reasonable price (for us we went off season to visit family in the area, so can't speak to high season). Fantastic location in fall though, and I suspect cozy in winter and spring.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very cosy with a nice view of the church. The breakfast was really good and the location is excellent to explore Middelburg and Zeeland.

Fabulous.

Breakfast was just great. There were breadrolls of all sorts, 'normal' sliced bread, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt... just everything you could want. And the breakfastroom was simply beautiful and very stylish. The rooms are all equally well put together and are a mixture of modern facilities and retro/antiques. We felt very welcome and very at ease!

We had some minor trouble with our television, but the owner immediately picked it up and did everything to solve it.

Henja is an amazing host, we received a super warm welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, comfortable and beautiful. The whole house is decorated with so much taste. And breakfast was absolutely divine.

The host is super friendly, the breakfast is great, the room is very spacious, the bed & shower very comfi. The B&B is at the border of the city center and a car parking (EUR 10 per day) is at a 3 min walk. From there, it's a 10-15 min drive to many - very beautiful! - beach/dune spots.

The "B&B Parijs aan de Kaai" is a very nice and quiet old house located direct at the canal. It's an awesome place with affectionated and individual styled rooms. They are cozy and clean. The host is super friendly and breakfast was a dream: everything's freshly made from cereals, scrambled or cooked egg over a huge variety of jams, spreads, cheese and cream-cheese. The town-center is just a walk away.

Heerlijk! Komen hier zeker terug...

Prachtig oud pand aan de Houtkaai. Ontvangt door de vriendelijke en enthousiaste eigenaresse. Midden in het centrum, parkeren dichtbij ( ook opladen geen probleem in de buurt). Kamer is groot en heel apart in stijl van het huis. Badkamer is top. Geen bad gelukkig maar wel een grote douche. Ontbijt was ongekend in een prachtige eetkamer met "alle" gasten (slechts 6 totaal).

Het weer...! maar daar kan de eigenaresse niets aan doen.

Een heerlijk verblijf bij een charmante en vriendelijke host op een toplocatie hartje Middelburg.

Het is een prachtig historisch pand aan de kaai dat mooi verbouwd is. Wij sliepen op zolder en hadden een heerlijk bed, een prima badkamer en eigen koffie en thee faciliteiten. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en voor ons speciaal gemaakt (we waren de enige gasten)

Dat is een kwestie van smaak maar voor ons iets te veel versieringen, ornamenten en iets te harde muziek bij het ontbijt. De ruimtes zijn al zo mooi van zich zelf dat ze ook met iets minder toekunnen.

Wieder einmal perfekt!

Wir waren im September zum zweiten Mal für vier Nächte in diesem wunderbaren B&B in Middelburg – und es hat uns erneut außerordentlich gut gefallen. Das Frühstück ist einfach ausgezeichnet: liebevoll vorbereitet, vielfältig und von guter Qualität, so dass jeder Morgengruß zu einem echten Höhepunkt wird, in einem noch dazu außerordentlich wunderschönen Ambiente. Das gesamte alte Grachtenhaus strahlt unglaublich viel Charme aus. Jede Ecke ist mit viel Liebe dekoriert und eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Die Einrichtung verbindet historischen Flair mit behaglicher Gemütlichkeit – ein Ort, der Ruhe schenkt und gleichzeitig inspiriert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die warme, zugewandte Atmosphäre. Die Gastgeberin kümmert sich herzlich und aufmerksam um jedes Detail, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt, dass hier mit Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird und dass der Gast wirklich willkommen ist. Wir danken für zwei wunderbare Aufenthalte und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Besuch. Wir schätzen es sehr. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die Middelburg von seiner charmantesten Seite erleben möchten!
