Excellent location for exploring Rome. Staff were very helpful and as we arrived late at night gave very detailed instructions, including video and pictures, to help us find it and check in. Good ac and WiFi. Room was clean and spacious, we had an extra bed and still room to spare.

Fantastic location, secure building in private courtyard. Great facilities, Coffee machine with free pods, functional bathroom with good shower.
I booked this particular room for the Spa bath, which never worked. The plug also doesn’t fit properly so it took an age to fill as it’s constantly draining. Such a shame as really wanted a nice Spa Bath after 20 hours of travelling and some sightseeing. Only stayed the one night otherwise I would have brought it to the staffs attention.

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Rome. The staff was polite and always responded promptly whenever I contacted them by message.
The cleanliness of the room did not meet my expectations. Although the room matched the photos, the atmosphere felt dark and uncomfortable in person. Another unfortunate issue was that the power went out overnight, leaving the boiler off and there was no hot water the next morning until I called the staff. Overall, despite the great location and responsive staff, the cleanliness and overall experience were disappointing, and I would not stay here again.
