One of the key highlights of the accommodation is the excellent support provided by the Host Karina. All the instructions received a day before via whatsapp. Quick response on queries, always helpful. The accommodation itself was of good size for three people, very clean, all the amenities as described and a nice spa bath. The accommodation is in an excellent location walkable distance to colosseum, pantheon, trevi fountain and is in central location. The public bus services are within minutes away to go to places like Colosseum, Vatican, Termini station, Travestere if people do not wish to walk. On the last day we could leave our bags at the accommodation for no charge as we had a late flight. Overall a very good experience, we will definitely go back.

Helpful staff and clean and good location

My favourite accommodation in all of Italy. Rooms have been updated and are huge. The location is exceptional and walking distance to most things and the host was so lovely and helpful.

As others have mentioned the stairs are a challenge but this is Europe and I’m used to it.

The location was amazing and very close to lots of tourist spots. Both check‑in and check‑out were super smooth. Davide was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always quick to respond on WhatsApp and in person. He even arranged an iron for us. The room was fine for a family of three, and the jacuzzi was a lovely feature, especially in the hot weather.

It was extremely hot during our stay and the air conditioner was quite old, so it wasn’t able to cool the room properly. We ended up having to stay in a very warm and humid room. We informed Davide and he did try to fix it, but due to the age of the unit, nothing really worked. The room itself felt a bit outdated, but it was clean. A new aircon would make a big difference. There was a coffee machine but no kettle. We also had some issues with mosquitoes, and unfortunately my son was bitten on his face and leg.
