The suite we had was good basic accommodation with no extras, which we knew was the case when we booked it. It was in walking distance to both the Colosseum and Vatican City, which we also knew. What we didn't know was the area in which it was situated - the Jewish quarter (or Ghetto) which was absolutely brilliant. We loved every moment of our stay there.

Great location, pleasant helpful staff, nice, comfortable rooms.
Rooms were on the slightly smaller side but still comfortable.

No meals available, but handy to cafes and other food shops. Situated in Jewish quarter which couldn't have been better.
Just a little cramped but quite suitable for tourists needing somewhere to put their heads after sightseeing.

Great location, easily walkable to nearby attractions. Cleaning staff were very thorough.
Staff weren’t there during advertised hours. Walls were extremely thin, could hear entire conversations from other rooms and upstairs neighbours. Wifi was horrible, Room 4 could only get 1 bar of wifi or mobile service if standing by the room door. Unpleasant odour permanently coming from the bathroom, assuming it’s a sewerage/building age issue. Loud intercom buzzer, which went off in the middle of the night with people trying to check in, due to rooms being unstaffed.
