no breakfast on offer, but surrounding cafes and bars [depending on your rising time] take up the slack. Effe was located just south of the Pantheon/Campo di Fiori tourist 'blast radius'

Bathroom tended to get fuggy, slight stale mold smell if you have damp towels. it wouldve been nice to have an extra power card so I wouldnt have to power down everytime I left. HOWEVER the logic of one key clipped to power card makes sense when there is no concierge/reception afterhours.

Bra läge, stort och rymligt rum, väldigt bra AC, värdarna svarade snabbt och enkel incheckning. Fräscha och ljusa rum.

Lyhörda rum. Städningen var helt okej, men det fanns lite utrymme för förbättring. Wifi var inte bra.

5-Star Review We had the best time at Effe Luxury Rooms! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived, everyone was so warm and accommodating. A special thank you to Ferdinand at reception, who was incredibly friendly, approachable, and helpful. We always enjoyed having little chats with him whenever we passed by reception. Also, thank you to Haiya, the lovely cleaning lady, who was always smiling and helpful. ❤️ The room was very spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the bed was so comfortable! I loved how it had the feel of an Airbnb but with the amenities and service of a luxury hotel — daily room cleaning, complimentary toiletries, and water were such a nice touch. The location is amazing — quiet and peaceful, but everything is just around the corner. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants within a 2-minute walk, and most of Rome’s attractions were easily walkable. Google Maps might say 20 minutes, but we found that we could often get there in around 10 minutes! We only used the bus twice, mainly to get to Termini. They were also very accommodating with our luggage and early check-in, which we really appreciated. We stayed in Room 303 and would absolutely recommend Effe Luxury Rooms to anyone visiting Rome. We’ll definitely miss our little chats with Ferdinand and Haiya whenever we came down to reception. 🥹❤️ Thank you so much for making our stay so lovely! Highly recommended! 🇮🇹✨
