The staff were just wonderful! I was determined to speak Italian as much as possible, and they were very patient and spoke slowly to accommodate me. The room was comfortable, and I was excited to be staying in the Jewish Ghetto, where the food and the folks were lovely. It was also very near many of the main Rome sights. The room was comfortable and clean.
The room was quite small, but I knew what I'd signed up for! The one thing I'd change was that there was no outlet near the bed. I had to charge my devices in the bathroom.

Definitely a fabulous location.. close to buses and trams and an information office. Surrounded by green eat restaurants and bars. Walking distance to many iconic sites.
There was no facility for making a cup of tea or coffee at the end of the day. My electrical plugs kept shorting the old wiring which was a bit frightening.
