The location is perfect, located within walking distance to major sites. The room was quaint, very comfortable, and quiet. The staff was extremly kind and helpful.

It was short distance walk to most historic buildings / restaurants & bars . Very Clean room & lovely & helpful staff .

You could hear absolutely everything from reception but it’s not high footfall so maybe once a day in the morning (our room was next door to reception )

We had a fantastic 4-night stay in Rome. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions, restaurants, and local neighborhoods on foot.
A special thank you to Emma and Alexandra, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made us feel truly valued as guests.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Convenient location - close to sights.
Door handle on inside broken. Told couldn’t be fixed on weekend.
Hairs on bed, pillows, floors, dust on sills and debris on bedside table, no spoons for coffee/tea, window opened on to elevator shaft. Bar fridge has drinks for purchase. Water bottle opened and half used.
Informed staff immediately. Not replaced. Fitting on shower broken. Housekeeping poor!
