Little cottage had everything you needed. Was cosy and comfortable for two. Awesome deck area to hang out and relax.
Amenities are getting old and tired - hence the building of new ones I beleive :-)

The location, the lake view, the fact that even though it's a campground it was very peaceful and that it's only 5 minutes from Tuangi, to get supplies.
Maybe that there's no water in some of the cabins, but they did have the abolition blocks.

Close to the marina for boat access
Cook tops in the kitchen were very slow to heat up

Location and staff were amazing. It was perfect for a midway stop over if traveling from Auckland to Wellington with kids.
Our cabin was right next to a dump station, not ideal when you're having your morning coffee on the deck. Maybe put up a screen or something to block the view lol.
