Clear instructions for how to find the property, parking and lockbox. Location was great - close to our destination. Nice and cosy, clean. Host was great to deal with and quick to respond to our queries.
As we arrived later in the night, it was hard to see when entering the lockbox corde.
Perhaps outside light by ranch slider could be left on if people are arriving later. Number of letterbox was hard to see at night so some sort of signage would be good outside the property if possible.

Large property short flat walk to the shops.
Spa bath was not available due to supposed damage. Air conditioning was not on and there were no controls in the part of the house I could find. The morning was quite cold and a little heat would have been welcome
