Lovely location and lovely hosts.
However not quite as advertised. Wasn't able to get into the third bedroom (hobbit house), no ps3 to speak of or dad's etc. Streaming services were guest logins (you log into your accounts) so not provided. With tweaks to the advertisement it is a great place to stay.

Such a lovely, clean, and modern home with so much charm—the cute outside room was an added bonus! My children absolutely loved the place; they said it felt so cozy and homely from the moment we arrived. ​Julie was a wonderful host who was very welcoming, yet she gave our whānau total privacy during our stay. We had a great time and would highly recommend this spot!

I loved the beautiful peace and quiet. Watching the bunnies hopping about. The facilities were lovely and clean. Beautiful warm shower.
I'm a shortie.i felt it was a bit dangerous not having any steps or railings. I almost face planted, trying to get onto the deck of the hobbit house.
