Linen usually means inc towels, unless stated otherwise. So ideally listing updated to reflect this (we took towels for hot tub, but would be good to know if none for general use)

Peaceful Break.
The location was perfect for us,so peaceful.Nicola,the owner was helpful with ideas for walks.Lodge was clean and well equipped,hot tub was idyllic.We didn't mind that it was a little dated,was only the bathroom that let the property down.We would be very happy to go again and even happier if bathroom refreshed!!
The bathroom was in need of updating,tiles,window blind and floor were mouldy.

Beautiful relaxing place
This property is remote and perfect for a relaxing break. It’s spacious, has everything you need and the host is very hospitable and kind. The hot tub is just fantastic with great scenery around it. It’s part of Brynthomas lodges (this will help you locate it!) and is one of just three lodges - all of which have good privacy. Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't warm enough and we could not increase the heat.
