The house was really cluttered with all sorts of stuff. The place had a musty smell impregnated in everything including the duvet .The artificial flowers were full of dust and hundreds of them. Electrical cable everywhere. Also not even the wardrobe was empty to put our clothes in. The armchair had some pieces ripped off, it looked as a some granny old house which like to collect things and not as a place you rent to spend your holiday. Very disappointed 😞, we left after one night, no refund was offered .

The location was fantastic for exploring the Brecons, we were able to walk and bike ride straight from the door in all directions.
The host was super friendly, he'd left tea, coffee, biscuits and milk for our arrival.
The cottage itself had an interesting history and was full of interesting items. The wood burner kept us warm and cosy in the chilly evenings.
Although a little surprised by there being no internet provided, I really enjoyed un-chaining myself from my phone.
The cottage was just too cluttered, this made living cramped, the cupboards and wardrobes were all full, leaving not much space for us and, when sat in the lounge, we were knee to knee.
There was a leak from somewhere in the attic and the upstairs was a quite smelly.
The kitchen could do with some sympathetic modernisation for a holiday home.
