Perfect location to explore the town. Very clean. A lovely host who made us homemade cakes for our arrival.

We really loved the apartment, which was perfectly equipped for a fantastic stay, including a washer/dryer (which we didn't use). Catherine was a wonderful hostess. She popped over from her apartment next door to meet us at the door shortly after we rang the doorbell and showed us around the place, ensuring that we knew where everything was and were well taken care of. She had warm baked goods waiting for us on the table, and a hot pot of coffee freshly brewed. The location of the apartment is terrific. It's just across the street from a large municipal parking lot, which she warned us would become a paid lot in the morning. We had little difficulty finding free street parking. Bayeux was wonderful. Don't miss the Gothic cathedral... we have seen hundreds of churches and cathedrals in our many travels but found Bayeux's to be one of the best for lovers of medieval history and architecture.

Very nice wellicht kent comfortable appartment in a quiet part of Bayeux but still on walking distance of the city centre. Extremely friendly and helpfull owner who spoiled us with many little gifts tips and recommandations for tourist attractions and good restaurants . Ideal place for exploring Normandy and the war beaches
