Сняли эту квартиру на 2 месяца, пока искали постоянную квартиру в аренду на долгосрок. Всё норм, все есть для временного проживания, метро супер близко, вообще все что нужно в пешей доступности. Нормальный напор воды. горячая вода, интернет, паркинг. Всё как на фото, но на фото квартира кажется больше, чем она есть в реальности.
Тв без смарт, нельзя посмотреть нетфликс, зато есть кабельное. Посудомойка плохо моет посуду, даже после полного цикла может остаться пол-таблетки в лотке. Много битой посуды с отколотыми кусочками. При заезде просят оставить залог (у нас залог был 800 евро), который заберут, если вы потратите больше чем 100 евро/мес коммуналки, типа чтобы вы экономили электричество и воду. Нам все вернули, но все равно за такой конский ценник на саму аренду - как-то неприятно.

Location was great - easy access to both the beach and the old town. The apartment was comfortable with a small balcony.A lot of the other apartments were taken by local Spanish people and so there were always people around enjoying the communal spaces together. We really liked this about the place but it did mean it could sometimes get a little noisy! The pool was fabulous. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and also the Arena Shopping Centre and Levante Football Club.

The location. The apartment is close to the metro and bus stations and for a light walk you can take the tramway. Peaceful during the day, closed building complex with security. Very close to Lidl, Carrefour, Arena Mall.
Sometimes noisy at night.
