Die Küche ist an vielen Stellen leider kaputt und müsste erneuert/ repariert werden, ebenso die Schränke in den Schlafzimmern.

Das Haus hat alles was man sich als Gruppe wünschen kann. Einen großen Essbereich, reichlich Schlafzimmer, super Grillhütte, komplette Ausstattung, Sauna, Whirlpool etc.
Einige Dinge benötigen etwas Übung im Haus, angefangen vom Türschloss, dass so eingestellt ist, dass es sofort wieder verriegelt, nicht erst wenn man den Knopf drückt oder nach einer. Zeit, über die Media-Ausstattung bis hin zum Kachelofen.

Only two showers downstairs with the sauna but to be honest wasn't an issue at all!

There are two showers only at the ground floor next to each other in one room. Hot water supply is quite limited. So when you have 13 people you have wait a lot for a shower a lot... Jacuzzi is EUR50 extra daily. It is not included. Nearest shop to buy food is 36 km away.
