Luxury and Location in Reine - Worth Every Penny!

This was a bit of a splurge for us, as we stayed four nights at this wonderful property. If we return to Reine, I would book this again! 1. authentic feel of a modernized and comfortable fisherman's cabin 2. amazing location in Reine, with dedicated parking 3. quality linens and towels 4. high end toiletries 5. view from the windows 6. very kind and responsive hosts

1. having to share laundry facilities with guests staying in the Apartments by May - not a big deal, but there are two washing machines and two dryers for all of the guests. the dedicated laundry room facility is actually very nice, well-stocked and tidy.

Fantastic accommodation at a wonderful location. Property is equipped with all that you can think off, and perfectly clean. Free parking right outside the property with electric charging station. In one word - WONDERFUL!

The accommodation was great — clean, convenient, and close to tourist attractions.

The accommodation was just the right size — not too small, not too big — and very peaceful. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. The bathroom was large and clean, with strong water pressure in the shower. The shower stall was roomy, not cramped, and the sink was big enough to place items on without worrying they’d fall. The bedroom was also a good size, with enough space to open one large suitcase and one small one. The location was close to popular attractions, which was very convenient.

The accommodation provided a dishwasher, which was convenient. However, if you prefer to wash dishes by hand, you’ll need to bring your own sponge. Some of the kitchen utensils, such as spatulas, were a bit incomplete or not in the best condition.

We bought food at the coop on the drive in and had breakfast out on the front deck. It was a beautiful view.

Once we found the location of the washer/dryer, everything was perfect.

This location and apartment is amazing. Beautiful deck looking at the mountains and fjord, couldn’t be more picturesque. The rooms were comfortable and loved having a full kitchen available.

Curtains are darkening but aren’t completely blackout if the midnight sun bothers you.

Dream vacation cabin with beautiful surroundings and warm, elegant and comfortable interior.

This property was one of the best places we ever stayed. Our only regret was that we only booked it for 2 nights. We loved the great balance between simplicity and attention to detail in the interior. The view and the location are superb.

The house is located directly on the water, with a beautiful view. The hosts have already preheated the apartment and turned on a few lights before we arrived. It was a very cozy atmosphere! Especially at Christmas time and with the fireplace. The hosts always answered directly to all inquiries and requests, and were able to help us. If we come to Lofoten again, we would definitely like to stay in "Maybua" again.

Owner exceptionally helpful. Helped us by offering their own boat and showing us how to get crabs with the help of their friend Kenneth. Had the option to use the boat whenever was convenient for us and weather permitting.Anything we asked we had. I was with two friends for fishing but I am definitely coming back with family.it’s important that these people are polite and try to help you have good time without ripping you off. House and kitchen are well equipped with big freezer. Owner welcomed us with many locally made delicacies. Compared to other places in the area the one reason I chose this property was the attitude of the host compared to other…..I was not wrong. Special thanks to Kenneth….

Highlight of Lofoten

Maybe is an excellent place to stay in Reine. It is clean, very comfortable, excellent location, everything is in very good condition and well maintained. We stayed here last year too, and this will be our go-to location next time we visit Lofoten.
