Disappointing

The owner was very kind, friendly and pleasant.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The hotel gave an overall feeling of dirtiness. The rooms are clearly outdated and in need of renovation and proper maintenance. I constantly had to go to the reception to ask for basic amenities that were missing, such as shampoo and toilet paper. Despite being told that daily housekeeping was provided, there was no daily cleaning at all, which is unacceptable. Parking costs 8€ per day, yet it is simply street parking. On top of that, my car was often blocking other cars, so I had to stay alert in case someone needed to leave, move my car, and then park again. This situation was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable for a paid parking service. The bathroom heating was not working. The breakfast was very poor, with limited options, and exactly the same every single day. Overall, the hotel does not offer good value for money. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, misleading information, and inadequate facilities made the stay unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.

The rooms, although small in size, are very clean and look good (as in the pictures). The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and rich. The staff is very kind. We requested the white card (in fact white paper) at the reception and they issued it to us. The owner is very kind, sociable and nice (he spoke in Romanian with us). We reserved parking (we paid an extra 8 euros, but we knew this in advance) and parked the car in the hotel courtyard. The location is good, we walked to the city center (which impressed us pleasantly). We stayed just one night.

The hotel does not have much in the way of facilities. The breakfast was included in the price but was really not worth the effort e.g. the eggs and chorizo was always stone cold in the morning and the choice was very limited.

Good clean and comfortable hotel in the middle of old town

It's a good place for rest and travel. In the middle of old town.appartment with interesting design. With your own kitchen. Also you can get not bad breakfast (buffet). We were in hotel in winter . It was so cold but in apparent it was warm (conditioner) All stuff were very kind and friendly.. So i am recommending this hotel.

In apartment we had electro oven and some plates but we didn't get any folk or spoon. Hotel need to pay attention about this little things.

The room and bed were not clean. The room didn’t seem like it was prepared for two people, e.g., there were only 1 pair of slippers and 1 care kit in the toilet.

It was quite, the kitchen was ok

For 4 star hotel the breakfast was very poor. The shutter arm was broken, we could't close the shutter, also there was not curtain. Cleaning was not enough, I think it has not been stayed people there for long time, so there was dust everywhere.

it’s far away for a 4* hotel, really small rooms, breakfast ok, i never received a call back when i informed the reservation about the fan is not working, bad wifi and no internet for few hours, the facilities were not in good condition… all in all i wish i stayed somewhere else.

Room was big and good for longer stays if you’re couple. Good location near city center.

Door didn’t have lock. Couldn’t close shower door as a result water would go out in all bathroom will taking shower. Breakfast was like 3 from 10. Even though they do say in Booking that have free parking, and I asked before to save me a slot, they wanted to charge me extra 8 euros, for which I didn’t agree, which led me to park then in city parkings.

A good place to stay for a night close to the center

Room was small but very comfy. Mini fridge empty but functional, so you can store your own things if you want. Breakfast was good, what would be expected from a buffet. There was an issue with the parking (described below) but thankfully the staff was very helpful and we worked out a solution.

If you want to park at the hotel, you may not find a space and you will be expected to pay for the spot. We didn’t find info about this nor were told beforehand, so check with reception first.

The breakfast was poor. The fact that on reservation is said that you reserve a hotel room but there is only one building as a hotel the others are apartments. It was ok but that was the reason why i wanted an hotel not an apartment in a block of flats.

Location

The hotel is not worth the money. The bathroom door was broken - it couldn’t be fully closed. The sink was leaking to the floor. Also, the walls were dirty and the breakfast was poor. There was only 1 pair of slippers for 3 persons.

Great value for money, excellent hosts

The staff and the owner were exceptionally kind and quick to respond to our every request. We had a problem with the room we were supposed to be staying in (the toilet seat was broken), alerted the front desk and were given a new room at once. The location was great for our needs, a walking distance from the central locations but not in the center itself. The hotel is located on a quiet street and has a few great restaurants nearby. WiFi is excellent, rooms are kept clean and tidy.

The room we were given was cold on the first night (I suppose because we had to change it and the room they gave us was not heated in advance) but it warmed up and was quite nice the next day and for the rest of our stay.
