Always a pleasure

Comfy modern upper class hotel on a hilltop with a good view, hence the name. Very classy boutique designer hotel, comfy but small rooms, excellent restaurant

Nice place to stay over weekend

I asked for bigger room and I got room upgrade for free as they had one bigger room available. Well done guys! Service was excellent. I ordered salmon for dinner in restaurant. It was tasty and very competitive price. Waiter and waitres were very friendly.

It has potential but...

Location is somewhat ok. The rooftop terrace for breakfast is a highlight.

The quality of the building and the rooms. The bathroom was leaking, the windows were not soundproofed. It is a four star hotel and they make you buy the coffee capsules instead of providing them for free. The room price is enough to cover a few coffee capsules.

Not a four star hotel

The view from the bar

Very poor experience overall. The room was very small, the closet tiny. No chairs or a desk. If you want to work on your PC your only option is to sit on the bed. No complimentary coffee or tea: you have to ask the reception (and pay) for a Nespresso capsule and there isn't even a kettle. The minibar was completely empty. I arrived late at night and was starving, but they couldn't even provide a snack. The "panorama" from the room consists of a small window overlooking an internal courtyard with a magnificent view of a garden hose. How does this even qualify as a "four star" experience?

Excellent stay for our 1 night rest.

The room was super clean and the hotel is fancy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. It has a private parking which was very helpful for us. We requested this parking spot in advance. The receptionist was very kind. Also the view average the city is impressive.

Breakfast could have been better and the waitress as well.

Modern upper-class hotel with up-to-date comfy rooms and all the facilities you would expect at such a place. Nice, helpful, and friendly staff!

Dense cigar- and cigarette smoke, and music too loud to have a conversation prevented us from spending time in the sky bar. (However, there is a small bar in the reception too.) Mediocre breakfast.

Great value

Beautiful place to stay for a couple of nights. We enjoyed the sky bar at the evening and eating breakfast as well. Nice place, great kitchen. We will definitely stay there again.

A wonderful stay with multiple visits to the Skybar which gives you a splendid view on Skopje. Rooms, breakfast, quality of food - all excellent.

Beautiful view from SkyBar (beware of high prices compared to the rest of Skopje), friendly English-speaking staff, clean room, comfy beds, good shower.

The room felt "crowded" with unnecessary furniture items, for example, too little space between the bed and the TV set. With the windows open the traffic noise was quite audible. The bathroom sometimes smelled like sewage. The breakfast was more like a 3 star hotel breakfast. Sadly, the spa consisted of one small Finnish sauna and an empty jacuzzi,
