You can’t walk into the city because it’s far and the streets are without sidewalk.

The view of the hotel was nice

There were no disposable slippers in the room. The hotel entrance was a construction site, and there was no parking. There was a lack of hygiene; the forks provided for breakfast had food residue on them. There were spiderwebs on our room's balcony, and a strange, long insect flew in, scaring my wife. The breakfast was poor. I won't be back.

Rooms have tiny balconies with beautiful views! Staff was kind, frendly and super accomodating! Overall great!

We weren't personally bothered by it but for some people it might be troublesome, they are still building the parking lot and the surrounding area.

Small pleasant hotel with great views.

Very helpful staff, rooms are equipped in a high standard, it's a small hotel with just a few rooms, that was a surprise. Restaurant was closed so breakfast was served outside in a patio, it was not a buffet breakfast but we got a decent selection of cheese, salami and vegetables on each plate. View of the city from the balcony is magnificent. The reception has sent a note after we made the reservation to inform us about the works being carried out onsite and their apologies. We arrived late and left early so the works didn't disturb us.

Arrival is through a building site with no asphalt road, they are adding some more appartements and reconstructing the restaurant. There are only 3-4 parking spaces in this terrain.

Very beautiful view, clean, silent, good breakfast.

Only 3 parking places, not arranged. It seems the hotel construction is not ready yet. The shower drain had a serious problem, since during running the water, it was not properly drained, so the water went almost in the room, even for a short shower.

Perfect place to stay on a visit to Skopje and North Macedonia

The excellent was in a very quiet location on a hill outside of town. There was parking at the side of the hotel. The staff were lovely and checked when I was arriving and what time I would like breakfast (there is different sittings). The room was a good size and very clean with a terrace with brilliant views of Skopje. The wifi was great. Breakfast was plentiful with different varieites (fruit, hot and cold things). The place was perfect

Great hotel!

I liked the view, it was amazing. Also room was cozy and well equipped. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me valuable advice what to do and see while in Macedonia. Breakfast is also nice, even though I would prefer the buffet style, but that is due to renovation.

Wifi is good but in some parts of my room there were spots where signal is weak. I also feel parking could become very crowded in peak season, but i had no issues.

Great place with great view

Breakfast is very nice. View is nice. Except everything the owner Vladimir is very sincere, thoughtful, helpful. Whatever you need you have in this hotel. Taxi to the old city costs 5-6 euro

First we had another room which we did not like the positioning of the materials in room then Mr. Vladimir helped us. Nothing to dislike.

Very lovely staff so it pains me to say it but its overrated - or maybe just not up to my standards

I liked that the staff was very friendly and that they offered real coffee that you could take to your room. They were always ready to support you, call you a taxi and give advice. There is also an amazing view from the balcony.

- Bathroom: toilet was quite loud so I had to keep the bathroom door closed because the water kept dripping which drove me crazy and the shower was leaking - Noise: the windows were not so well insulated and the walls quite thin so you hear noises from the outside (like people partying somewhere at night) - Bed: I ordered an extra large bed, which was basically two small beds put together. the mattresses had bumps on the edges, so it was impossible to sleep in the middle because it irritated my back. So the double bed is not really a double bed. Impossible to sleep in the middle or cuddle with your partner. Also not the most comfortable mattress. - Breakfast: rather basic and plain, doesn't look appetizing and warm food is not hot enough. It's there just to keep you fed.

Great breakfast, amazing scenery that sees the city center from a panoramic perspective. Would definitely visit again to see how it is after the renovation that is currently being done. Amazing people working inside.

Rooms are too small, couldn't open the door if I had to open my luggage inside. Thankfully the team did their best to overcome this challenge. The internet connection in upper floors is really bad. Have to find a solution to that.
