It does the job nicely

Very central, parking in the driveway. Great communication with the lady. Excellent breakfast. No frills. Is it new? No. Well insulated for both temp or noise? No. Dated but perfectly functional. It all depends on your "notions". For me just for one night it was great choice.

It was all good. Could be newer but that comes with another price tag.

Great stay!

This time we were only in transit in Tralee but our stay was great, Karen was very helpful leaving the keys for us as we arrived after 11pm with our train from Dublin, the room was fantastic the B&B quiet for a good night's sleep, breakfast was fabulous. We wish we could have stayed longer! But we'll be back when we come back to finish the Kerry Camino :)

Poor value; in need of renovation.

Breakfast was fine and location fine - a 15 minute walk to town centre

Maureen's is on a busy main road. Surprisingly the 24hour road noise finds its way through the double glazing in Room 2. Bedding and linens are worn out - mattress springs dug into us [invest in toppers], towels were threadbare. Little room to move as two beds and too much furniture in a small room. Radiator full of air, so minimal heat at bottom only. No heating at all in en-suite. Really rather uncomfortable, so little sleep.

A pleasant stay

Good breakfast, good beds. We could make coffee and tea on our rooms. Walking distance to the centre of town (20 minutes). We could park on the premises, but there is only place for three cars (in our case it was not a problem)

There was a bit confusion about the payment (when to pay and to pay with card or cash), but in the end we could just pay with card when we left.

Room looked better in the photos on Booking.com. Strange funky smell in bathroom, linens smelly.

Check-in was easy and staff were very sweet and friendly.

There was a funky smell in the bathroom that seeped out into the the room, you could not escape it even with the bathroom window open. The bedding did not smell good. The photos of the room made the room look much nicer than it actually was. We paid only three Euros more for a second night at another place that is luxurious.

Everything was just great! I was welcomed very warmly, got the keys right away, and they explained everything clearly. They even let me choose my breakfast and agreed on the best time for it. Really nice and friendly place!

I couldn’t locate the executive lounge mentioned on booking platform however we sat in dining room . Also was worried when we arrived and there was no one there but that was resolved with a phone call

Long story short, lovely place and lovely people, we will definitely be back.

Really liked the location. It was right in the centre of town and very close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also liked how friendly and helpful everyone was, and the atmosphere and craic was great too.

Even though I stayed an extra night, I would have liked to have had more time to stay longer, but that wasn't the B&B's fault.

Good location. Welcoming hosts and very attentive at breakfast which was all one could ask for. Lots of information leaflets were available.
