The location was fabulous. The view and upper terrace fantastic. And comfort amazing.
The communication or lack of communication. They ( hold the room with a card). We arrived as Text on Booking at 1200 noon. The Italian couple booked the same room. They arrived around 1800. This created an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation. ( double booking). They were on the phone with Andrea. The voices were raised and frustration was there. The young couple had to find another hotel. Room 2 was open "but no bathroom". Not a shared one, not one the lobby... I guess the the sea. I would ask for the money back.

Well located in Corniglia. The host is super helpful. The common kitchenette and the rooftop patio are a must!
It is a rather small room and small restroom. But it really has everything needed!
