Location is good
The mattress showed signs of wear and could benefit from being replaced to improve guest comfort.

Location is great - few meters away from tourist office and Dante's tomb. The host was very nice. The appartment has two separate bedrooms and two separate toiletts.
The noise from the air condition system of the restourant - especially when you are on the balcony. Breakfast was poor.

Room was spacious. Clean.
It was hard to get to. No office opened on Sunday. Roads were closed. Sunday restaurant was closed. We used this as our laundry day. Dryer didn’t work as we know how. Had to get to a laundromat to dry clothes. Water didn’t drain from shower. Three of four couldn’t take shower.
