The location is central, the food is good, and the frescoes in the rooms were delightful. But the real highlight of the Albergo Cappella are the staff. Everyone we encountered was so warm and helpful. Thank you!

Staff extremely nice and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was our choice and very nice; served in courses just for us!
The hotel itself was 14th century, beautiful and equipped with an elevator!
Great location, center of town.
Couldn’t stay longer! They also have a wine bar that we couldn’t take advantage of because it was closed the day we were there.

The location next to the covered market in the heart of Ravenna is unbeatable and the staff tried their best - but there were too few of them. Comfy beds and a kettle.
The hotel needs more staff and to be more organised. For example we had to fill in a form with breakfast requests and no one seemed to have then looked at it. We had to ask for everything again. Some things we never got and the receptionist had to go out to the bakery for croissants (Italian breakfast essential). More staff are needed and more lighting - the low lighting in reception and our suite made it seem gloomy. Zero atmosphere.
The pigeons which are roosting in the lift - and pooing into it - need to be dealt with. We alerted reception - they knew about it and seemed very relaxed about the infestation...
