Central rooms in Ravenna; the owner was super available and friendly; the room was very spacious and provided with small bottles of water/coffe. Very clean room and toilet as well. Great shower. Restaurant downstairs is highly recommended.

It is a perfect location close to train station and several bus stops. The owner was helpful, stored my bag before it was time to check-in. Inside the room things are not new, but it was clean, had coffee and tea included. Restaurant at the property was great.
Mattress was a bit old, but should be fine if you stay for a day or two.
I've been there for five days and didn't have my trash removed, although I think they would help if I asked.
Overall I'd say it is still great value for its money.

Great location — just a 5-minute walk from the train station, close to one of the main attractions, and not far from the city center.
The room was very uncomfortable, outdated, and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. Someone knocked on the door at night. The kettle had limescale and rust.
