Great bathroom, small room with sofa, bedroom, and terrace. All beautifully decorated, with great soaps and teas available. Great, central location near main Piazza.

Location was good. I felt safe because there were schools nearby. There were good street lights. Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

Location was good.
The staff we were dealing with were quite abrupt in the way they dealt with us. Being pleasant in the way you talk to guests who chose to stay would be my recommendation. Nothing to do with language as I speak fluent Italian and my wife is Italian.
No need to continuously repeat by Whatsapp that we have to leave by 10am before we have even checked in. Really.....
Also. There is a kitchen in the property. How about a small fridge there and may be some kitchen utensils to prepare breakfast?
