Amazing staff! They were so friendly during check-in, giving recommendations and a tour of the location. The hotel itself has a lot of charm and the rooms are very comfortable.

That our room was on the top floor with no lift access. We had a left to the 2nd floor then we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our room. Not great when you have so much luggage
