What a beautifully restored property. Beautiful garden area to sit in and have an aperitivo. The location could not have been better in the centre of Ravenna. Beds were so comfortable and the staff were so attentive. Would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

Location was great. Easy walking distance to the city center and major attractions. Helpful staff, especially the day manager Alessandra, assisted in making dinner reservations and booking a car and driver for an outing to San Marino.
After my travel companion injured herself on our departure day, Alessandra called an ambulance for us, then arranged a taxi to get us back to the hotel from the hospital, and to drive us to Bologna that afternoon. Alessandra did a super job!

there was no wifi
no space to unpack we stayed 4 nights leaving out of our suitcases and paying for a luxury hotel
