We liked everything about the experience - the location, the room, the breakfast and especially the staff! I would definitely stay there again and recommend this accommodation to friends. We also appreciated Michael's prompt reply to our questions. Thanks for a great experience!
Your guests need to be able to walk up the flights of stairs which was no problem for us - the luggage assistance was perfect!

The location was excellent, 10metres inside the historic centre, the hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean, staff and owner were all very helpful and friendly (a special mention to Ilaria who went out of her way to help us with some items we accidentally left behind), and parking was secure (although not suitable for very large cars).
There was nothing we didn’t like. My only very small opportunity to improve would be warm croissants and toast for breakfast.

Everything was perfect. Clean, comfortable, big, beautiful room and bathroom. Good breakfast, close to everything. Michael already thought of everything you might need.
