We stayed in one of the ‘Easy’ rooms I think because other rooms were not available but it suited us absolutely fine. We had no trouble finding it, just a short walk from the station and Alexandra checked us in. She was delightful and gave us a map, and a key and as much information as we needed. She even brought us some fresh milk to have with our tea in the morning. The aperitif drinks and nibbles put out in the evening were a lovely touch. The location of San Vitale is perfect. Bathroom and linens also perfect
Tea making equipment would be more preferable in the room.

It was perfect, vintage, clean, and quiet.
It wasn’t clear about breakfast gratis. So we were disappointed.
