It was clean. Michael, a staff member, was really cordial and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the historical district. Going to Bologna from Ravenna by train only took about an hour. Make sure you plan your Bologna trip good, otherwise, it would be a lot of walking
The weather was extremely hot. Not the fault of the hotel. While there are many restaurants, they are tourist-type restaurants instead of being local. Do remind the hotel when booking that if you have issues walking up stairs to your room, book one on what first floor which is limited

The building was in new excellent design with a large shower. The staff were fantastic and even gave us a ride to the Train station when the taxi failed to come.
Nothing Perfect everything

The central location was perfect. Our accommodation was more spacious than we thought and had a very comfortable bed, shower room/toilet and bidet, separate washing area, and spare box room for cases and coffee facilities. The staff were most friendly and accommodating . In addition we were blessed with a most attractive outside garden area in which to sit and read. We were delighted with the property.
Breakfast wasn’t an option. It would have been perfect to have breakfast. Perhaps in the future this option could be considered.
