Das Personal war sehr freundlich, insbesondere die Dame beim Frühstück, die dafür sorgte, dass wir uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlten.
In Ravenna, bei 35 Grad Celsius, gab es in dem Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur einen lauten Warmluftaustauscher. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Deshalb würde ich diese Airbnb-Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.

La simpatia e cura della signora che ha gestito la colazione del mattino.
La porta del bagno è a scorrimento e non consente adeguata privacy né dei rumori né di eventuali odori, fra l'altro la porta è di cristallo e non scherma la luce (di notte è un problema per chi sta continuando a dormire). C'è solo un interruttore della luce da una sola parte del letto matrimoniale. Altre piccole cose non fondamentali... Aggiornerei il climatizzatore con uno più silenzioso per la notte. Nel complesso buono.

Appartamento nobiliare, ampi spazi comuni finemente arredati in stile.
Godibilissimo buffet per colazione.
Cordialissima ospitalità e simpatia da parte della signora Franca.
Tutto perfetto.
Giusto per evitare disagi, segnalo l'attuale presenza di barriere architettoniche per accedere alle stanze per chi avesse impossibilità a salire le scale.

シンプル寄りではあったが朝ごはんも美味しかった
朝早く出発するので朝食ボックスを頼んだが、当日何ももらえなかった
2度メールで確認していたので忘れられていたことはないと思うのだけど……。
スタッフがほとんどイタリア語しか話せなかったのでコミュニケーションに少し苦労した。
