Nice people and great location in Ravenna. Rooms decent size.
We did not realize it was not a front desk hotel,so our mistake. We did not enjoy the set up...family of 5 with 2 rooms and dealing with 3 door keys, to enter building was confusing , however,as mentioned, location was good. Would like to see lamps in rooms did not like the overhead lights. Room doors seemed flimsy. Bathroom decent. Felt like we were staying in office building.
