Atmosfera Affittacamere

La posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti a piedi dai monumenti principali della città. Situata in una traversa molto tranquilla. Camera spaziosa e con tutti i confort. Staff molto gentile. Sicuramente ci tornerei.

Se devo trovare una pecca è la poca insonorizzazione delle camere, soprattutto con quella a fianco. Noi siamo stati fortunati, perché i nostri vicini erano tranquilli e avevano più o meno i nostri stessi orari, per cui non abbiamo avuto fastidi. Ma se così non fosse, potrebbero insorgere problemi. E la chiusura del portoncino, molto rumorosa.

Posizione praticamente a ridosso della zona pedonale, molto tranquilla. Camera e bagno molto spaziosi e puliti. Letto e cuscini comodi, stanza molto calda. Pochi parcheggi blu lungo la strada ma nella via adiacente principale c'è un bel parcheggio grande (incustodito) a pagamento.

La camera non è insonorizzata, si sente bene la camera di fianco. Il portone si chiude male, e per chiuderlo bene tocca fargli fare un bello scatto forte, che a sera tardi o mattina presto potrebbe essere fastidioso per chi dorme.

The stay started out fine. The room is very nice and big and the bed was nicely made up. There weren't too many towels but for the short stay that was fine. I had informed them beforehand about a late arrivcal and they were flexible leaving the key for me to pick up. The next morning, a friday, they even offered me their computer for a digital workmeeting I had in the morning. I left quite early and got back to a clean room, nicely made up bed and turned of AC (no new towels).

Saturdaymorning they knocked on my door early to clean the room. Ok, they didn't know I value 8 hours of continuous sleep over a clean room. So I informed them I didn't like them to clean the room early anymore. They responded they were there already early and cleaning before 11 AM is what they do. So I told them they could leave my room uncleaned then, as a value sleep more than cleanliness. Next morning, sunday, they knocked early again wanting to clean the room. Obviously the concept of a good night sleep, or in my case, a good morning sleep has not reached them. So ok, I am annoyed. Really all I want is sleep and privacy and that they listen to me as the consumer. Next morning was already the time to leave. With check out until 11 AM I thought I could peacefully wake up, shower, pack my bag and get out in time. But no, non stop knocking on the door from 10 AM with them not listening to me that I could attend to them at 11 AM. This is really not customer service anymore, but feels like distrust and disturbance of privacy. If you care more about protocol, getting digits in, counting bottles of water or receiving the tax money you've got your business as a Bed&Breakfast all wrong. As a reminder, what they actually sell is 'a bed to sleep in' not 'a daily cleaned room'. So, good room, looks nice, not great AC (it's more like a blower/fan). But as long as the people running it don't understand the concept of what the businessmodel of a Bed& Breakfast is, 'a bed to sleep in' and 'a customer to attend to', I will not come back. Minor detail (for me of no great importance), the room doesn't offer breakfast.
