The size, which was not in the main building. This did not prove to be a problem. Quality of the building was very high and historic.

The location was great, walking distance to all the heritage sites of Ravenna. The staff is excellent and the breakfast was good. No hot foods but a good selection of meats, cheese, and fruits. Freshly made coffees made to order. The price of the hotel was good and the staff assisted with parking.
The WiFi was not working in our room at all. Zero bars. It works well in the lobby. One floor tile in our room was shifting every time I stepped on it, making me think I was about to fall. The bathroom is small and needs updating.
