The staff were lovely, very accommodating, the property is lovely, quiet,peaceful,great garden yard for breakfast. Rooms are well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, so many things to choose from. Easy walking distance to all the sights in the old town and walkable to the train station. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ravenna
My only concern was the room was a little warm for me,24.7C but the concierge brought me a fan. Great service, thanks

While the general outline of the hotel is really nice, the small room is really very small and it does not have any palazzo atmosphere at all. Simply overpriced.
