It was easy to walk to the centre. Welcoming staff and the upgrade to a frescoed room was appreciated
Breakfast was chaotic with food not being replenished fast enough. No bread, no juice and nothing cooked. There was no hot water on one of the morning we were there. A kettle and some teas or coffees in the room would have been welcome. There were no shelves in the bathroom - all toiletries had to be kept in the room.

Impressed to stay in an historic palace. Nice breakfast. Would have enjoyed a few warm additions to the room like some soft rugs just to warm it up. Staff was friendly and helpful…
Room was impressive in some ways but a little cold and could have used a little warm ing up like some rugs and comfortable chairs…

Well located hotel with helpful and pleasant staff. There are many comfortable common rooms for sitting and hanging out. There are bowls of chocolate and candies everywhere!! The breakfast had fresh fruit, pastries, etc., but no hot dishes. There's a elevator to reach the upper floors. Within easy walking distance from the train station and to and from the major sites, restaurants, etc.

The location was great, walking distance to all the heritage sites of Ravenna. The staff is excellent and the breakfast was good. No hot foods but a good selection of meats, cheese, and fruits. Freshly made coffees made to order. The price of the hotel was good and the staff assisted with parking.
The WiFi was not working in our room at all. Zero bars. It works well in the lobby. One floor tile in our room was shifting every time I stepped on it, making me think I was about to fall. The bathroom is small and needs updating.
