It is a great place to stay. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean which is the most important for me. And the location is great too - just a short walk from the train station.

Room-somehow vintage , but very comfortable. warm, hot water permanently. Location - not central , but in Verona distances between touristic objectives are not large, easily to get walking. Staff- very, very friedly.

Great location for the domain entering via St Michael’s gate. Owner was excellent. Really friendly, good communication and helpful with all requests. No problems at all. Thank you.

Not an issue for me but useful to know; the lift up to the road only operates 8am-8pm so steps or steep slope the option outside these hours.

They were quite nice to offer me a double room instead of the single one that I had booked.

The place inside is different from the photos. I mean, the photos were probably taken long ago when they opened the B&B and since then they haven’t made any reparations. Obviously, everything has become shabby. Moreover, the cleanness of the place leaves much to be desired. I had black long hair in the bathroom (I’m blond, by the way)… Also, I doubt they know what the second “B” in “B&B” stands for… No breakfast was offered. When I was leaving the place in the morning, the “host” (a strange-looking man, though very friendly) asked: “Would you like a coffee?”. Me, dressed in a coat, with my bag in my hands, 3 meters from the entrance door… No, thanks. I stayed only one night (arrived late in the everything and left early in the morning), so I could manage, but it’s not for people who stay longer or who are very focused on cleanness. 45€ for this quality of B&B is too much.
