Joanna's Seaside Villa

Locația este foarte apropiată de plaja, doar ca este plaja total neamenajată. În zona plajei se aruncă toate resturile de scoici adunate din restul stațiunii.

Deși spune ca sunt 3 dormitoare, de fapt este un dormitor matrimonial, o camera cu un pat și o mansardă unde urcarea este pe o scară metalică. O persoană adultă nici nu poate urca în această mansardă. Există o singură baie de maxim 3 mp cu duș, cadă și tot ce este nevoie. A doua toaletă este de serviciu fără duș. Aerul condiționat nu a mers primele 3 zile până a venit un tehnician. Terasă și zona de living au fost acceptabile.

We had a wonderful two-week family holiday at Joanna’s Seaside Villa in Kallithea, Halkidiki, and we truly enjoyed every moment of it. The villa was comfortable, well equipped and perfectly located for a relaxing stay by the sea. Everything we needed was there, and the atmosphere made us feel at home from the very first day. A very special thank you to Joanna. She was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, she was always ready to assist and made sure that everything was perfect for us. We are very happy that we chose this place for our holiday. It was a beautiful, peaceful and memorable experience for the whole family. We would gladly come back again and can warmly recommend Joanna’s Seaside Villa to anyone visiting Halkidiki.

There was nothing serious that we did not like. Perhaps only a few small household details could be improved, but they did not affect our overall impression at all. Everything was comfortable, clean and very well taken care of.

The location was excellent with a wonderful view of the sea. The house is literally on the beach and the children had the time of their life as they could play in the garden safely. The hostess was very friendly and really helpful.
